About the farm

Welcome to Kleinbergskloof Olive Estate – a family farm producing phenomenal olives, beautiful weddings, delicious food and relaxing stays.

We bought the farm in 2001, planted our first trees in 2005 and extracted our first oil in 2013. When the quality of our oils proved to exceed even our wildest expectations – winning Gold with our Estate Blend in the very first year we entered the SA Olive Competition – we knew we wanted to expand our orchards. We now have around 4 000 trees covering 10ha and if you have a little look at the hills behind the house, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’re in the Italian countryside.

We continue to build and grow this special place. Over time we have added a wedding venue, deli, accommodation, a beautiful herd of red Angus cattle and a seasonal restaurant.
